Legal Basis
Under Ukrainian consumer protection law, you have the right to return a product of proper quality within 14 days of receipt if it did not suit you in terms of shape, size, style, colour or configuration.
Return Conditions
Return is Possible
- The item has not been used
- Original packaging is intact
- Appearance and labels are undamaged
- No more than 14 days have passed since receipt
Return is Not Possible
- The item was made to a custom order
- Fabric or legs were chosen per client's own sample
- The item has defects repaired by the client
- More than 14 days have passed since receipt
How to Process a Return

Contact Us
Call or message us within 14 days of receipt. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Get Confirmation
We will review your request and send a return confirmation with shipping instructions.

Ship the Item
Send the item in intact original packaging via Nova Poshta. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
04
Receive Refund
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will refund to your card within 3–5 business days.
