Terms of Purchase Agreement
Subject of Agreement
Avalon online store (hereinafter — Seller) offers individuals and legal entities to purchase goods listed on the site under the terms of this public offer. Placing an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the offer terms.
Prices and Payment
Prices are listed in Ukrainian hryvnia and include VAT. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. An order is locked at the price in effect at the time of placement.
Rights and Obligations
The Seller undertakes to manufacture and deliver the goods within the timeframe stated at checkout. The Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods within the specified period.
18-Month Warranty on Every Product
What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers manufacturing defects: frame deformation, plywood delamination, upholstery separation, weld defects on metal legs and powder coating defects. Warranty period is 18 months from the date of sale.
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover: natural wear of materials, mechanical damage from misuse, damage from moisture and direct sunlight, or self-repair.
How to Claim Warranty
Contact us with photos of the defect and your order number. We will review the claim within 2 business days and offer a resolution: repair, replacement or refund.
